Conveying the message and preaching the teachings of Islam is what tabligh(Dawah) actually means. Tabligh(Dawah) can be done for the nonbelievers in order to invite them towards Islam and it can be done for the Muslims who become lost and need guidance. The person who does tabligh(Dawah) isn’t any special person, he is just an ordinary Muslim.
